Thalamus Collection 1 – Coming July 2024
Our final cartridge announcement this week comes in the form of a new home computer cartridge collection!
Thalamus Collection 1 brings 11 games to the Evercade physical cartridge ecosystem from the fan-favourite British home computer publisher. This collection features some of the best games from Thalamus, highlighting the great strides in game development from the era, many of which are still loved to this day.
The new cartridge, Thalamus Collection 1, will be a part of the blue-coloured home computer line and be collection number #07. The price of this cartridge is £17.99, $19.99 and €19.99, and will be released in July 2024. Pre-orders will open on April 30th from Evercade retailers.
Eleven games from the Thalamus vaults are included here. Thalamus was originally formed in 1986 and is synonymous with many home computer fans for being the software label of Newsfield Publications – the publisher behind Crash, Zzap!64, and other cult classic gaming magazines.
